The quality of the bobbin of the braiding machine is very critical to the use of the spindle. To choose bobbins made of high-quality raw materials, regular maintenance of bobbins in use should be strengthened in general, and defective bobbins that are deformed and damaged should be removed decisively and in time.

If a bobbin with poor quality or deformation is used, it will inevitably increase the unevenness of the spindle, increase the load on the spindle bearing, and shorten the service life of the spindle.

The spindle of the high-speed braiding machine is driven by the spindle belt drive system. The spindles used in the spinning frame are equipped with cotton ribbons and rubber belts. Cotton woven spindle belt has large stretch, short application period, and low price; plastic spindle belt has stable transmission system, low vibration, low noise, environmental protection and energy saving, and long service life, but the price is more expensive. In the long run, it is a development trend that plastic spindle belts replace cotton woven spindle belts, and it is very worthy of marketing and promotion.

The bobbins and spindles should be evenly sealed, and the bonding surface should not be less than 85%, so as to ensure reliable, synchronous, and stable operation of the bobbins and spindles.

Generally, the bobbin should be maintained and inspected every six months to one year, and the process is regulated.

Cleaning: Remove silk thread, flower flying, dust, and silk thread accumulation in the “Super Sky Eye”.

Spindle set: Use the standard spindle to set the bobbin, and check the number (±1.0mm) of the bottom hole (0.05-0.15mm).

Test tube: Spindle speed 18000 rpm, estimated or tactile vibration amplitude ≤ 0.15mm at the top of the bobbin and ≤ 0.25mm in the lower part (bobbin of 180-190mm) is better. At the same time, it removes deformed and bent bobbins, rough surfaces, and scratches.
