  4. The polished rod part of the polished rod cable arrangement should be properly lubricated and maintained once a week.
  5. Make sure there are no obstacles within the device position range and check anytime and anywhere.
  6. Tighten the screws of the machine’s transmission system and connecting parts to prevent loosening from affecting the operation of the machine, and check it once a week.
  7. Before the actual operation of the machine, run it at a low speed for about 5 minutes and then increase the speed.

Maintenance countermeasures for standard parts of high-speed braiding machines:

  1. Use inspection to see if the key process components and tightening joints of each piece of equipment are loose, and tighten loose parts in time.
  2. Purchase standard tightening connectors from designated factories in my country, and build a safety inspection system with inspection as the key
  3. Unify the tightening operation steps of standard parts to minimize the under-tightening or over-tightening, which may lead to potential failures or reduce the service life of tightened parts.

Five points must be understood when installing the high-speed knitting machine as a whole.

  1. Before installation, use a rag soaked in diesel or gasoline to remove protective materials and debris from the machined surface, and be careful not to drop gasoline and gasoline on the painted surface. Then wipe with a clean cloth, And apply to clean up the car oil to prevent rust.

  3. During installation, it can be adjusted with a wedge iron and a level can be used to find the alignment. For a braiding machine with a relatively large specification and model, where the weaving part and the traction belt part are split bases, for the convenience of adjustment, the weaving part of the foot can be adjusted with pad iron, and the traction belt part can be adjusted. Adjustable feet are optional and can be calibrated with a level.
  4. When installed as a whole, the flatness dimensional tolerance of the base is ≦1.0MM/M. The coaxial axial dimension tolerance of the knitting machine with a split base ≤∮4mm along the axis of the knitting part of the movement track.
  5. After the braiding machine is calibrated, the secondary grouting is completed.
