Safe operation procedures for high-speed braiding machines:

- When the braiding machine is running, attention should be paid to observing the machinery and equipment, and frequently checking whether the lubricating oil can successfully reach the lubrication point from the pipeline. The rotating components of the lower swing arm support frame must be filled with salted butter and must be filled with salted butter after every 120 hours of operation.
- Any operating components of the equipment that cannot be touched by the automatic lubrication system should be lubricated manually from time to time. The pitch interchangeable gears, telescopic gears, and traction belt gear rack parts should be added with industrial grease once per shift; the main rod of the cable arranging device should be filled with industrial engine oil several times per shift; the main rod of the cable arranging device and the coil The spherical bearing injectors on both sides of the line positive transmission gear should be oiled once per shift.
- If an unknown shutdown occurs, the alarm flashing light signal generated on the “Fault Alarm” interface can be used for corresponding clearance; if a shutdown without alarm occurs at the same time as the oil pump alarm setting time, the oil pump and oil passage should be checked. Is it normal? If it is found that the lubricating oil cannot reach the lubrication point, fault detection is required before restarting.
- When the equipment is running, it is not allowed to replace the hanging wheels. Always pay attention to whether all parts of the equipment are operating normally. Operators are not allowed to leave their posts without authorization or let people without work certificates operate. If there is an abnormality in the equipment, stop immediately and please Maintenance staff help to deal with it before driving again.
- After the work is completed, turn off the main power, clean the work area, remove the lint and dust on the bottom of the flower pot, wipe all parts of the equipment, store the remaining hanging wheels in the designated area, place them neatly, and fill in the process flow Cards and various financial statements and records, and do a good job in handover work.
