The specific content to be checked by the high-speed braiding machine

Some components of the high-speed braiding machine, such as the spindle support frame, sliding seat, etc., must ensure the accurate distance between the sliding seat and the lower spindle braiding line after maintenance and disassembly or when adjusting and reinstalling new parts. It is recommended to first place a sliding frame and the attached upper spindle to run on the sliding wheel so that when the lower-weight braiding line is led from the swing rod to the braiding point, it will not be entangled or disconnected by the sliding frame. So, what specific contents should be inspected for high-speed braiding machines?

  1. Check whether the grease in the main chassis is within the required standard, take out the oil probe and lower it to ensure that the remaining oil is between the two lines, but not too much to prevent the grease from spraying out;
  2. The aramid fiber braiding machine checks the turbocharger box grease, which can be estimated by the oil mirror. When it is less than half of the oil mirror, the grease must be added. (Do not use the oil lens too high when filling);
  3. The impeller and axis of the three-dimensional braiding machine must be lubricated before the start of each shift and the countertops must be wiped clean to prevent debris from blocking the spindles;
  4. All gear shaft parts of the equipment should be properly lubricated and maintained;
  5. The polished rod part of the photosensitive cable arrangement shall be properly lubricated and maintained;
  6. The equipment position must be confirmed and there are no obstacles within the range;
  7. Tighten the screws in the transmission and connection parts of the equipment to prevent loosening from affecting the operation of the equipment;
  8. Before the actual operation of the equipment, it should be run at low speed for about 5 minutes and then increase the speed.

During rough adjustment, put the spindle on the two adjacent outer spindle supports, guide the braided wire to the braiding point according to the swing rod, and stack it tightly. When the carbon fiber braiding machine braiding wire enters or exits the slot on the sliding wheel track, its distance to the edge of the upper spindle sliding frame must be almost the same. The distance adjustment can be accomplished by switching the gear rack forward or backward by one or more gears.

If the correct adjustment distance cannot be achieved by moving one tooth, you can adjust it according to the following steps: loosen the five fixing screws on the internal gear. Since the buried hole is oval, the sliding frame can be completed by moving the internal gear. Adjust and tighten the screws after adjusting in time. Place the other sliding frames evenly on the sliding ring rail. If the swing heights of the braided wires are different after the new swing bar is assembled, it should be adjusted so that all the swing bars have the same endpoint.
