1、Core wire shaft connector solution
The core wires knitted by the wire harness braiding machine must be completely wrapped by the braid, and the core wires must not be exposed. When extruding the machine, the exposed core wires are often torn off because they cannot pass through the eye mold.
2、It is forbidden to tie knots with dead knots
For many thin threads, tying a dead knot will directly cause the braid to break when the machine is extruding it. Therefore, you cannot tie a dead knot, but a slip knot.
The braided line coming off the reel:
- Cut off a section of its core wire, aluminum platinum, etc.; start to tighten it, bury it in the braid, and then tighten it. It will leave a small circle to wind up the braided wire on the reel.
- Cut off a small amount like this; start tightening, cross the small circle, and tighten the 2 sections of the empty net to both sides. It is important to pull hard before pressing the mark to see if the connector will become loose. If it cannot be pulled, Connected.
3、For cables with a thin diameter, use cotton yarn to tie the knot; the method is the same as the slip knot method, except that it needs to be rolled into two small circles, and the cotton yarn is connected in the middle. The cotton yarn is tied through the two small circles and tied tightly, and then the knot is tied. Tighten the empty net firmly into a parallel line. Note: Pull hard to ensure that the cotton yarn is not loose.
Some components of the wire harness braiding machine, such as the spindle support frame, sliding seat, etc., must ensure the precise spacing between the sliding seat and the lower spindle braiding line after repair and disassembly or when replacing new parts and then installing them. It is recommended to first place a sliding frame and the attached upper spindle to run on the sliding wheel so that when the lower-weight braiding line is led from the swing rod to the braiding point, it will not be hooked or disconnected by the sliding frame.
During rough adjustment, put the spindle on the two adjacent outer spindle supports, guide the braided wire to the braiding point according to the swing rod, and stack it tightly. When the braided wire enters or exits the slot on the sliding wheel track, its distance to the edge of the upper spindle sliding frame must be basically the same. The adjustment of the distance can be accomplished by switching the gear rack forward or backward by one or more gears.
If you cannot adjust the distance accurately by moving one tooth, you can adjust it according to the following steps: loosen the five fixing screws on the internal gear. Since the buried hole is oval, you can complete the sliding frame by moving the internal gear. Adjustment, adjust in time, and tighten the screws. Place the other sliding frames evenly on the sliding circular guide rail. If the swing height of the braided wire is different after the new swing bar is installed, it should be adjusted so that all the swing bars have the same endpoint.
