The following is a detailed description of several common causes and preventive measures that cause the motor of the knitting machine to burn out.
一、Installation problem
Since the motor is equipped with heavy eccentric blocks on both sides, if it is installed vertically or obliquely, the rolling bearings will bear the weight of the eccentric blocks in the radial direction. If there is no special equipment in the vibration motor, it will have a negative impact on the bearing, thereby reducing the service life.
Precautionary measures: ① Choose a column-type vibration motor; ② Minimize vertical or skewed installation.
二、Loosening of anchor screws.
This is also one of the key common faults that cause the vibration motor to burn out. Due to the unique structure of the vibration motor itself, the vibration force caused by the eccentric blocks on both sides will impact the anchor screws 2,000 times per minute, and because the vibration motor itself Due to the vibration, the anchor bolts are easy to loosen. Once a certain anchor bolt is loose, it will cause other anchor bolts to loosen or even break in a short period of time, and then burn the motor.
Precautions: ① Regularly tighten the anchor screws; ② Improve the fastening equipment; ③ Ensure good contact between the anchor surface and the motor floor, so that several anchor screws bear the force evenly.
In terms of selection, try to use a motor with an integrated housing and base. Since the foot surface is processed in one go, its quality can be guaranteed. As for the shell seat itself, because the feet are processed in batches and then assembled, it is not easy to ensure the level of the feet due to the existence of installation deviations, so the bearing force of several anchor screws will not be uniform, and the bearing An anchor bolt with a relatively large force is very easy to loosen, causing other anchor bolts to loosen and break, and burn the motor.
三、Adjustment problem of eccentric block.
When adjusting the eccentric block, the position of the eccentric blocks on both sides is mistakenly reversed, causing the vibration motor to generate a spatial torque, causing the vibration motor to work under abnormal conditions, resulting in burnout. Therefore, when adjusting the eccentric block, we must pay attention to its symmetry, that is, the two sets of eccentric blocks on both sides must match. In other words, the electrode connecting lines of the center of gravity points of the eccentric blocks on both sides must be parallel to the drive shaft and cannot be out of the plane.

四、Thermal insulation problem of protective cover.
Because the working environment of the knitting machine motor is mostly very harsh and dusty, if the seal of the protective cover is not tight, it is easy for dust to enter, causing the friction of the eccentric block, and then burning the motor. Therefore, in places where the working environment is harsh, firstly, the airtightness of the protective cover must be improved, and second, the dust inside the protective cover must be cleaned frequently.
五、Heat dissipation problem.
Generally, there is a fan at one end of the motor. When working, the wind frequency flows along the vertical ribs on the top of the casing, which not only dissipates heat quickly but also eliminates floating dust on the top, allowing the motor to work in good condition. Vibration motors, on the other hand, do not have fans to dissipate heat and rely entirely on natural cooling. In addition, most office environments are very extreme with large amounts of smoke and dust. Smoke and dust are easily deposited on the surface of the motor, causing the internal temperature to be too high and burning the motor.
Preventive measures: ① Frequently remove floating dust on the surface of the vibration motor of the vibrating screen so that it can work under good conditions; ② During the design process, the surface of the vibration motor should be as smooth as possible to prevent dust from gathering. If the dust is relatively large, When working, you should consider removing the heat dissipation ribs on the surface of the casing, because, at this time, the heat dissipation ribs will not only fail to dissipate heat but will easily accumulate smoke and dust, preventing the motor from dissipating heat.
六、Natural ambient temperature.
The temperature of the raw materials transported by the equipment cannot be too high. Since the motor and the equipment are rigidly connected, they can also be a whole. If the temperature of the transport material of the equipment is too high, it is easy to cause the temperature of the ground and shell of the vibrating motor to rise, making it difficult to dissipate heat, and then burn the motor.
Preventive measures: ① Without affecting the operation of the equipment, try to keep the vibration motor away from high-temperature materials; ② Find ways to reduce the temperature of the material.
