Common problems with braiding machines:
- Consistent side structure type of weaving machine textiles: shuttle loom structure type is an alternative to hand braiding machine; yarn tension control is a top priority.
- Thickness and width of woven mechanical fabrics: Consider the impact of thickness in the beating process, ensure clear speech, and sufficient embedded parts for shuttle movement height. - Warp tension control: The warp yarns have different lengths when they reach maximum height and shear height. Since glass fiber has almost no expansion and contraction, it is necessary to use an appropriate warp yarn tension control system such as a stone roller tensioner to control the bearing capacity of knitted fabrics.
- The multi-directional specification of the warp yarn’s speech angle is related to the lifting height. The warp pitch angle needs to be determined by the heald pitch height, the moving distance in the foil play, and the shuttle height.
- Plastic rope tightness control: It is planned to use plastic rope to connect the heald and the cylinder. Due to its own characteristics, plastic ropes flex and stretch after a period of use. You must add screws to connect the plastic rope to adjust its tightness.
- Spinning yarn tension control: The rolling friction structure type is selected, and the yarn bearing capacity is adjustable.
Maintenance of high-speed braiding machines: Properly dispose of broken wires and objects in the machine to prevent overturned parts from entering the braiding machine or causing the lever shaft to become jammed, seriously affecting the service life of the braiding machine and the quality of the products produced. Make sure it is relatively stable and uncompromising before running the braiding machine, so as not to affect the selection and manufacturing quality of the braiding machine. Immediately detect abnormal parts to ensure manufacturing quality. Properly control the input and output frequency of the frequency converter to prevent it from affecting the daily application of the knitting machine.
