Like many mechanical automation products, high-speed knitting machines often have such problems due to the poor use of users due to the accuracy of their equipment and special manufacturing processes. And these problems can be avoided, as long as we have some basic methods for the use of weaving machines, below, let us take a look at some minor problems in the use of high-speed weaving machines!
- The specific edge structure of the textile: adopt a shuttle loom structure; weft tension control is the key.
- Thickness and width of fabric: Considering the impact of thickness in the beating process, it is necessary to ensure that the opening is clear and the height of the shuttle movement needs to be sufficient. The width of the fabric is currently 40-70mm, and the overall width of the textile machine needs to match the width of the fabric.
- Warp tension control: The length of the warp from the opening to the maximum height and the heddle are inconsistent, because the glass fiber has almost no stretching amount, it is necessary to use an appropriate warp tension control system such as a stone roller tensioner to control the tension of the cotton yarn.
- The opening angle of the warp yarn is related to the lifting height. The warp opening angle needs to be determined by the heddle opening height, the reed blade moving distance, and the shuttle height.
- Tightening and loosening operation of plastic rope: It is planned to use a plastic rope to connect the head and the cylinder. Due to its own characteristics, the plastic rope will stretch after a period of use. Add screws to connect the plastic rope to adjust its tightness.
- Weft yarn tension control: the friction structure is applied, and the tension of the yarn is adjustable.
- Shuttle movement mode: Glass yarn friction is easy to pill and affects the performance of textiles and equipment, so the best solution for shuttle movement is to hang in the air and pass through the opening.
- Weft shaft volume: The weft shaft volume affects the continuous beating number. The height and diameter of the weft axis are affected by the height and width of the shuttle bed.
- To control the beating force, use the camshaft for beating up.
- Warp let-off control: The use of warp drop pieces can accurately control the yarn tension.
