- As for the operating components of the equipment that cannot be touched by the automatic lubrication system, lubricants should be added manually. Pitch diameter interchangeable gears, telescopic gears, and traction gears and racks should be added with industrial grease once per shift; the main rod of the cable arrangement should be added with industrial oil several times per shift; the main rod of the cable arrangement and the two sides of the active transmission gear At the injector of the spherical bearing, oil should be supplied once per shift.
- If an unknown shutdown occurs, it can be cleared according to the alarm flashing light signal generated on the “Fault Alarm” interface; if there is often a shutdown without an alarm system at the same time as the oil pump alarm setting, check whether the oil pump and oil passage are Normal; if it is found that the lubricating oil cannot reach the lubricating point, it must be fault detected before restarting.
- When the equipment is running, it is not allowed to replace the hanging wheels. Always pay attention to whether the equipment is running normally. After the personnel help to deal with it, drive again.
- After the work is over, cut off the main power supply, clean up the work site, remove the silk wool and dust in the bottom of the flower pot, scrub the equipment everywhere, store the remaining hanging wheels in the designated area, arrange them neatly, and fill in the process card and various forms and records, do a good job in shift work.
