一、Ribbed bottom:

- First, adjust the left cam lever of the main machine head to the starting position, adjust the pattern selection cam lever to 0, adjust the density disc to 2, then turn the left position lever of the auxiliary machine head to 1, adjust the density adjustment disc to 2, and knit reciprocally, the fabric woven that way is a ribbed bottom.
二、Thread empty flower:
- Put the punched card into the reader and advance to the row, the stop bar is at the origin position, the extension bar is at the S position, the upper and lower cam levers are at the triangle position, the left and right needle-holding J wheel levers are at the double vertical bar position, and the pattern change lever In the 0 positions, all the buttons of the inserting board device are in the 0 positions, lead the medium and thick wool into the threaded nozzle 1, and close the shuttle nozzle, so as to promote the head of the main machine to weave one row from left to right.
- Pull the left needle-holding cam lever to the single vertical bar position, pull the pattern-changing cam lever to the L position, and keep the other keys unchanged, introduce fine wool yarn into the threaded nozzle 2, turn off the threaded nozzle, and promote the reciprocating knitting of the machine head.
三、Needle characteristics: No needles are selected in the areas without holes on the card, and the knitting needles operate in a single needle track. Therefore, the two kinds of threads are included at the same time, the needles are selected in the holes on the card, and the knitting needles operate in a double needle track. Medium-thick thread, but the selected needle only hooks the thin woolen thread, so the two kinds of thread are alternately woven, and the needles are looped to form a pattern.
Kind tips:
- The two kinds of threads are alternately formed into loops, so the punched card must have holes at intervals, and the front, rear, left, and right sides must be spaced apart, otherwise, the looping will be affected.
- Because the needle is not selected for the unpunched place, the two kinds of thread will be included at the same time, so the second color thread that matches the medium and thick thread must be an extremely thin thread. Generally, nylon thread or sewing thread is used. In terms of color selection, most Choose colorless or the same and similar filaments.
- The pattern of false empty flowers is the same as that of net yarn empty flowers. It is suitable for weaving net shirts worn in summer. The color is generally light-colored, and most of the threads are silk, hemp, or chemical fiber.
