When the braiding wire of the braiding machine enters or exits the notch on the sliding turntable track, the distance from the braiding wire to the edge of the upper spindle sliding frame must be basically equal. The distance can be adjusted by changing one or more forward or reverse gears of the gear carrier. If the fine adjustment distance cannot be achieved by moving one tooth, you can perform fine adjustments as follows: Loosen the five fixing screws on the inner ring gear. Since the through hole is oval, fine adjustment of the carriage can be achieved by moving the inner ring gear. Tighten the screws after adjusting in place. Place the remaining sliding frames evenly on the slip ring track. If the swing height of the braided line is different after installing the new sway bars, it should be adjusted so that all the sway bars have the same stopping point.

Failures that may occur if the knitting machine is used improperly:

  1. Warp Tension Control: The warp length is inconsistent with the maximum height of the shedding composite. Since glass fiber basically does not expand, it is necessary to choose a suitable warp tension control system, such as a grinding disc tensioner to control the yarn tension.
  2. The complete edge structure of the fabric: shuttle loom structure; weft tension control is the key.
  3. Thickness and width of fabric: Considering the influence of thickness during the beating process, it is necessary to ensure that the opening is clear and the shuttle height is fully retained.
