Key points that must be mastered when assembling high-speed weaving machine straw:
- Before assembling the composite weaving machine, use a cloth soaked in diesel or gasoline to remove protective materials and debris from the machined surface, and be careful not to drop fuel and gasoline on the painted surface. Then wipe it with a clean cloth, And apply it to clean up the car oil to prevent rust.
- The carbon fiber weaving machine must use shallow holes for the anchor screws on the concrete base, and the basic depth depends on the local geological environment. For the concrete on the roof, use through holes. The base must be strong to prevent the knitting machine from working cause vibration.
- When assembling aramid weaving, it can be adjusted with a wedge iron, and the level is aligned. For the larger size of the knitting machine, where the weaving part and the traction belt part are split bases, for the convenience of adjustment, the weaving part of the foot can be adjusted with a pad iron. The leash part can be adjusted using adjustable feet and calibrated with a spirit level.
