The quality of braided machine tubes is very special to the use of spindles. To choose a bobbin made of high-quality raw materials, regular maintenance of the bobbin in use should be strengthened, and defective bobbins that are deformed or damaged should be removed resolutely and immediately.

The spindle relies on a spindle belt drive system. The spindles used in spinning machines are equipped with cotton webbing and nylon belts. Cotton spindle belts have a large stretch, short application period, and low price; plastic spindle belts have a stable transmission system, small vibration, low noise, are environmentally friendly and energy-saving, and have a long service life, but are more expensive. Advancing with the times, plastic spindle straps replacing cotton woven spindle straps is a development trend and is very worthy of marketing and promotion.
The spherical surface of the yarn tube and the spindle should be close and symmetrical, and the close surface should not be less than 85% to ensure reliable, synchronized, and stable operation of the yarn tube and the spindle.
Generally, braided machine bobbins should undergo maintenance inspections every six months to one year. The procedures are as follows:
Cleaning: Remove silk waste, flying flowers, and dust, and eliminate waste silk waste in the “Super Sky Eye”.
Set spindle: Use a standard spindle to set the yarn tube and check the condition of several (±1.0mm) bottom holes (0.05-0.15mm).
Test tube: When the spindle speed is 18,000 rpm, it is better to estimate or feel the amplitude of the upper part of the yarn tube ≤ 0.15mm and the middle part ≤ 0.25mm (180-190mm yarn tube). At the same time, the defective bobbins with deformation, bending, rough surface, and scratches are removed.
