Some components of the braiding machine, such as the spindle support frame, sliding seat, etc., must ensure a precise distance between the sliding seat and the braiding line of the lower spindle after maintenance and disassembly or when replacing new parts and reinstalling. It is suggested to place a sliding frame and the subordinate upper spindle to run on the sliding wheel so that when the braided wire of the lower anchor is led from the swing rod to the weaving point, it will not be hooked or disconnected by the sliding frame.
During rough adjustment, place the spindles on the adjacent two outer spindle support frames, guide the braiding wires to the braiding point according to the swing bar, and stack them tightly. When the braiding wire enters or exits from the slot on the sliding reel rail, its distance to the edge of the upper spindle carriage must be approximately the same. The adjustment of the distance can be accomplished by switching the gear frame forward or backward by one or more gears. If you can’t adjust the distance precisely by moving one tooth, you can adjust it according to the following steps: Loosen the five fixing screws on the internal gear, because the buried hole is elliptical, and the sliding frame can be realized by moving the internal gear Adjustment, adjust in time and then tighten the screw. Place the other sliding frames evenly on the sliding guide rails. If the swing height of the braided wires of the new swing rods is different after installation, it should be adjusted until all the swing rods have the same endpoint.
一、Check whether the lubricating grease in the main box of the knitting machine is within the required range, take out the oil probe and lower it to ensure that the remaining oil is between the two lines, but not too much to prevent the grease from spraying out;
二、The knitting machine checks the grease of the turbocharger box, which can be estimated by the oil mirror. When it is less than half of the oil mirror, the grease should be added. (When filling, the oil lens should not be too high);
三、The centrifugal impeller and shaft of the braiding machine should be lubricated before starting each shift and the countertops should be cleaned to prevent dirt from getting stuck and falling into the spindle;
四、Proper lubrication and maintenance of all gear shaft parts of the knitting machine;
五、Carry out proper lubrication and maintenance on the polished rod part of the braiding machine’s glossy cable arrangement;
六、Make sure there is no obstruction within the range of the knitting machine equipment posture;
七、Tighten the screws of the transmission system and connection parts of the knitting machine to prevent loosening from affecting the operation of the equipment;
八、Before the actual operation of the knitting machine, it should be operated at low speed for about 5 minutes before increasing the speed.
