The high-speed knitting machine is a weaving machine experimental instrument. Some machines will cause various major problems due to the length of application time/reasonable operation steps. Therefore, under normal conditions, we must pay attention to timely delivery. Carry out daily maintenance systematically together, check whether there are any malfunctions in the mechanical equipment in advance, and repair them in time. So, what are the maintenance methods for high-speed knitting machines? Xuzhou Qixing Machinery Co., Ltd. will give you a detailed introduction.
High-speed knitting machine maintenance inspection specific content:
- Check whether the lubricating oil in the main chassis is within the specified range, take out the oil probe and lower it to ensure that the remaining oil is in the middle of the two lines, but not too much to prevent the lubricating oil from spraying out.
- Check the lubricating oil of the turbine box. It can be estimated by the oil mirror. When it is less than half of the oil mirror, the lubricating oil should be filled.
- All gear shaft parts of the machine should be properly lubricated and maintained once a week.
- Carry out proper lubrication and maintenance on the main rod part of the polished rod cable arrangement, once a week.
- Make sure that there is no obstacle within the range of equipment movement, and check it anytime and anywhere.
- Tighten the screws of the machine’s transmission system and connecting parts to prevent loosening from affecting the operation of the machine, and check it once a week.
- Before the actual operation of the machine, run it in low gear for about 5 minutes and then increase the speed.
High-speed knitting machine damage prevention methods:
- Replace bobbins;
- A part of the yarn is broken or disconnected;
- Alplatinum discontinuation or absence of Alplatinum;
- The core wire is terminated or there is no core wire;
- The main dial is stuck when the power is off and cannot be returned;
- Check whether the magnetic induction of the sensor is normal.
