Maintenance of high-speed braiding machine yarn tubes

The high-speed braiding machine mainly uses more high-precision manufacturing and installation technology and uses variable frequency control to further increase the rotational speed. At the same time, it also increases the size of the bobbin and extends the one-time use time of the bobbin. The spindle relies on a spindle belt drive system. The spindle belts used in spinning machines include cotton webbing and rubber belts. The cotton spindle belt has a large stretch, a short application period, and a low price.

The plastic spindle belt transmission system is stable, has low vibration, and low noise, is environmentally friendly and energy-saving, and has a long service life, but it is more expensive. Advancing with the times, plastic spindle straps replacing cotton woven spindle straps is a development trend and is very worthy of marketing and promotion. Therefore, the quality of the yarn tube is very important for the use of spindles. It is necessary to select yarn tubes made of high-quality materials (such as ABS, PC, PP). The braiding machine should strengthen regular maintenance of the yarn tubes in use in daily life, and it is also necessary to decisively and immediately remove defective yarn tubes that are deformed or damaged. If poor quality or deformed bobbins are used, it will inevitably increase the unevenness of the spindle, increase the load on the spindle bearings, and shorten the service life of the spindle.

The spherical surface of the bobbin and the spindle should be close and symmetrical, and the close surface should not be less than 85% to ensure reliable, synchronous, and stable integration of the bobbin and the spindle. Generally, yarn bobbins should undergo maintenance inspections for most of half a year. The contents include:

  1. Removal: Remove silk waste, flying flowers, and dust, and eliminate waste silk waste in the “Super Sky Eye”.
  2. Set spindle: Use a standard spindle to set the yarn tube and check the condition of several (±1.0mm) bottom holes (0.05-0.15mm).
  3. Yarn bobbin: When the spindle speed is 18,000 rpm, it is better to estimate or feel the amplitude of the upper end of the bobbin ≤ 0.15mm and the upper part ≤ 0.25mm (180-190mm bobbin). The high-speed braiding machine simultaneously removes defective bobbins that are deformed, bent, rough on the surface, and scratched.
