- Check whether the lubrication in the knitting machine case is within the specified range, pick up the oil probe and drop it to ensure that the oil is in the center of the two lines, but not too much to avoid spraying out the lubricating oil.
- The knitting machine checks the lubricating oil of the turbine box, which can be visually inspected by the oil mirror, and the lubricating oil needs to be replenished when it is lower than half of the oil mirror.
- The impeller and shaft center of the braiding machine should be lubricated before starting each shift and the table should be wiped clean to prevent foreign matter from jamming the spinning spindle.
- All transmission gear parts of the knitting machine should be properly lubricated and maintained.
- Lubricate and maintain the light pole of the light sensor of the knitting machine properly.
