There are many types of ribbon looms, which are suitable for weaving various rings or flat inelastic and elastic ropes. So what preparations must be made before operating the ribbon loom? Let’s analyze it in depth.
- Place the weaving machine in a dry place with good air circulation, no flammable and explosive materials around, clean roads, and dust-producing areas.
- It is prohibited to subject the ribbon loom to damage from precipitation, snow, or water vapor.
- The distance between the ribbon loom and the actual operation construction site should be maintained at more than 2 meters.
- No objects should be covered on the loom to ensure good ventilation and heat dissipation.
- Prepare insulating gloves and insulating welding rain boots for construction.
In order to ensure the safety of the ribbon loom during operation, the ribbon loom must be operated properly and effectively, and the entire operation process of the ribbon loom must be mastered. Below we will introduce the operation process to help us.
- Make a special ground wire, make it well grounded, and completely connect the ground pole of the rear control panel of the loom to the ground wire.
- Put the plush into the flocking nozzle and fasten the metal mesh cover; note: before starting, the flocking nozzle should be placed on an insulating object or non-support, and should avoid other surrounding objects. It cannot be placed directly on the road or metal. materials to avoid short-circuit faults; during use, the flocking nozzle should not be facing the body, and the hand should hold the rear part of the spray rod.
- Plug the power cord into a socket with an AC 220-volt operating frequency of 50 Hz, and plug the foot switch power plug into the foot switch socket. The connection must be firm.
- Turn on the main power switch and check whether the indicator light is on. If everything is normal, you can proceed to the next stage of operation.
- Depress the foot switch of the loom, and if you can hear the “sting” sound of high-voltage discharge, it means that the equipment is normal. Wear insulating gloves and insulating rain boots to start flocking work.
- After the flocking is terminated, first release the foot switch, then turn off the power switch and disconnect the power supply of the loom.
- When flocking, adjusting the voltage adjustment can change the amount of high voltage output. The working voltage should be adjusted according to specific needs during operation.
