一、The density of the braid layer does not meet the requirements

The more pitch braiding angles, the smaller the braiding density. Check the braiding pitch and braiding angle. If it is not good, adjust it immediately. If there are roots, missing strands, and small holes, they should be repaired or removed immediately. Keep the number of spindles, root type and hole diameter, braiding pitch, and braiding angle in harmony with each other.

二、The density of the braid is uneven and the strands are unevenly tight.

三、Uneven braiding pitch

Properly increase the number of turns of the cable on the traction sheave and adjust the speed between the two to stabilize the braid. There are holes and threads in the braid. The strands are broken, the tension control of the changing lane is uneven, the winding wires are piled up and cross-pressed, the changing lane arrangement is uneven, the motor rotor tension is not adjusted evenly, and the wire strands are not tight or loose.

四、When the strand is broken, the maintenance method is improper.
