There are more and more reasons why braiding machines often break. The operation of the mechanical equipment should be as smooth as possible without vibration. The yarn endurance should be kept as consistent as possible. The density and flatness of the rows should also be very good. The knitting endurance should not be too large and the speed should not be too high. Fast, the wire path should be as smooth and flexible as possible. Generally speaking, the lower spindle is prone to wire breakage. Check whether the swing rod and its bearings and guide wheels are flexible, the height of the braiding mold, whether the mold is worn, and whether it is related to the braiding metal. The tensile strength of wire drawing has many relationships and so on!
Knitting machine maintenance inspection content:
- Check whether the grease in the main chassis is within the specified range. Lift the oil probe and lower it to ensure that the oil level is in the middle of the horizontal line, but not too much to avoid the grease spraying out. Tip 1: Check once a month.
- Check the grease in the turbocharger tank, which can be estimated by the oil mirror. When it is lower than half of the oil mirror, grease must be filled. (Do not overfill the oil lens when filling) Tip 2: Check once every two months.
- The centrifugal impeller and axis should be lubricated before starting each shift and the cabinet countertop should be wiped clean and tidy to avoid discomfort and stuck Yanluo spindle. Tip three, once per class.
- All gear shaft parts of the mechanical equipment should be properly lubricated and maintained once a week.
- The polished rod part of the glossy cable arrangement should be properly lubricated and maintained once a week.
Xuzhou Qixing Machinery Co., Ltd. pointed out that some components of the braiding machine, such as the spindle support frame, sliding seat, etc., must ensure the precise distance between the sliding seat and the lower spindle braiding line after repair and disassembly or when replacing new parts and then installing them. It is recommended to first place a sliding frame and the attached upper spindle to run on the sliding wheel so that when the lower-weight braiding line is led from the swing rod to the braiding point, it will not be hooked or disconnected by the sliding frame.
During rough adjustment, put the spindle on the two adjacent outer spindle supports, guide the braided wire to the braiding point according to the swing rod, and stack it tightly. When the braided wire enters or exits the slot on the sliding wheel track, its distance to the edge of the upper spindle sliding frame must be basically the same.
The distance adjustment can be accomplished by switching the gear rack forward or backward by one or more gears. If you move one tooth, you cannot adjust the distance accurately.
Adjustment can be carried out according to the following steps: loosen the five fixing screws on the internal gear. Since the buried hole is oval, the adjustment of the sliding frame can be completed by moving the internal gear. Tighten the screws after adjusting in time. Place the other sliding frames evenly on the sliding circular guide rail. If the swing height of the braided wire is different after the new swing bar is installed, it should be adjusted so that all the swing bars have the same endpoint.
