The weaving speed of the ribbon loom is a parameter that customers are very concerned about. For a weaving machine with the same performance specification, of course, the faster the weaving speed, the better.

  1. Speed ratio: The faster the speed ratio of the ribbon loom, the faster the number of weaving circles per unit time. Of course, the weaving speed will be faster and faster. The reason for limiting this speed at this stage is related to the quality of the motor and the performance of weaving raw materials.
  2. Pitch diameter: The larger the pitch diameter between the braided layers, the smaller the number of braided overlapping layers per unit length, and the faster the speed. In order to ensure the quality of the braided plastic hose, it is necessary to ensure that the pitch diameter in the middle of the braided layer is The smaller the pitch, the denser the braided layer and the better the performance of the braided tube.
  3. Management: Under the same weaving quality requirements, the larger the tube diameter, the faster the weaving speed.
