The skill of maintaining the bobbin of the braiding machine, and the quality of the bobbin are very critical to the use of the spindle. To choose bobbins made of high-quality materials, regular maintenance of bobbins in use should be strengthened, and defective bobbins that are deformed and damaged should be removed decisively and immediately.
Suppose a bobbin with poor quality or deformation is used. In that case, it will inevitably increase the unevenness of the spindle, increase the load on the spindle bearing, and shorten the service life of the spindle.
The spindle is driven by the spindle belt. Spindles used in spinning machines have cotton webbing and rubber strips. Cotton woven spindle belt has large stretch, short service life, and low price; plastic spindle belt has stable transmission, small vibration, low noise, energy saving, strong and durable, but the price is more expensive. Keeping pace with the times, it is a development trend that plastic spindle belts replace cotton woven spindle belts, and it is worth promoting.
The spherical surface of the bobbin of the braiding machine and the spindle should be evenly sealed, and the sealing surface should not be less than 85%, so as to ensure reliable, synchronous, and stable operation of the bobbin and the spindle.
The bobbin of the knitting machine generally needs to be inspected for maintenance every six months to one year, and the process is as follows:
Cleaning: remove silk thread, flower flying, dust, and silk thread accumulation in the “Super Sky Eye”.
Spindle set: Use the standard spindle to set the bobbin, and check how much (±1.0mm) the bottom diameter (0.05-0.15mm) is.
Test tube: When the spindle speed is 18000 rpm, it is better to estimate or feel the amplitude of the upper end of the bobbin ≤ 0.15mm and the lower end ≤ 0.25mm (bobbin of 180-190mm). At the same time, it removes deformed and bent bobbins, rough surfaces, and scratched bobbins.
