At present, the level of various fields is getting higher and higher, and the problem of pollution resistance of industrial equipment has also attracted many people’s attention. The emergence of high-speed braiding machines has replaced the reputation of ordinary technical weaving. It isn’t easy to do manual weaving, optimize the allocation of human resources, and completely consume material resources, and the output power is not high. A braiding machine that works 24 hours a day can produce dozens or even hundreds of times the technical textile output.
The high-speed braiding machine is not finished and the warp beam is not finished weaving, but it has to wait for a long time (more than a week). In order to ensure that everything is normal and smooth when the wire braiding machine is started again, the following important tasks must be done to solve difficult problems. :
- When shutting down the high-speed braiding machine, the raw silk knitted in the machine needs to be dropped off the machine first to avoid being left in the machine for a long time and becoming damp and moldy.
- Use drinking water to clean the accumulated slurry on the steel foil and healds. Try to clean it as neatly as possible to lay a good foundation for starting the machine again in the future.
- The warp threads are relieved of stress and obtained with a heavy hammer, and the head frame is shaken into a flush state to avoid long-term opening of the mouth to stretch the warp threads.
- Cover the baffle and waterproof cover on the textile machine.
- The weft-pressing wheel reduction motor is extended outward to prevent the weft-pressing wheel from deforming.
- Cut off the power supply circuit of the high-speed braiding machine mechanical equipment and turn off the water source to ensure safety and save energy.
- Remove the circuit board from the electrical product box and store it in a ventilated and dry place to prevent moisture from damaging its function.
- For example, all high-speed knitting machines in a workshop must be stopped, the main power supply and water source must be cut off, and the conditions must be ventilated and dehumidified on time to keep the workshop ventilated and dry.
