High-speed braiding machine diameter, thickness, pitch, and commodity weaving density. There are two main ways to measure the weaving density of commodities:

Ways to clear the types and causes of knitting machine quality problems:

- The density of the braiding layer is uneven, and the control force torsion spring should be carefully adjusted to keep it relatively uniform and moderate, so as to achieve the purpose of uniform braiding density.
- If the weaving pitch is uneven, you should first check whether the number of turns of the cable on the traction wheel meets the requirements, because the cable is easy to roll when the number of turns is small, and it is appropriate to increase the number of turns of the cable on the traction wheel to increase the frictional resistance to avoid The cable wires are rolled to achieve a uniform weaving pitch. Again, it should be checked whether the spindle rotation speed and the pulling speed are matched smoothly.
